Growing up as a super quirky girl in various parts of Texas, Raeshan Hart has been known to always be in the company of a book, a  pen, and paper. The art of storytelling, whether it is for entertainment as a reader or crafting ideas creatively as a writer, has played a significant role in how she exists in the world. The idea of living the life of a writer is something that she has dreamt of since learning about Maya Angelou at the age of 7.

As a writer, Raeshan, is rooted in her  belief about the power of the written word's ability to bring both escapism through reading for leisure while also giving us as the  keys needed  to open doors that help us to grow as individuals.
